Information
Dear Friends
based on past experience and frequent requests
for classes, I have decided to propose the following production model.
I will be delighted and honored to teach the Tantric Dance
of Feminine Power. Contact me for full information, but here are
the basics, if you want to produce a series or an intensive in your area.
Generally, a Workshop fee is based on:
flat fee for Vajra Ma, based
on specified base fee per person and minimum number
of students by a specified deadline.
The Producer may add and receive additional
fee per person. Vajra Ma’s fee plus Producer’s tag-on fee constitutes the
fee per person for the workshop..
Example: If Vajra Ma charges
$100 per person, Producer could add $25 per person for a total of $125
workshop fee per person. With a maximum of 17 registrants, Producer makes
$425, (less studio and promo expenses) plus receives the workshop.
Producer provides:

Studio/location.
-
Lodging, private room for Vajra Ma.

Promotion through emails and flyers (art provided)
and word of mouth.
Vajra Ma will provide the e-flyer and
will distribute to her email list also.
Registration and collection of money
Producer collects funds.
Once the minimum number of students is
met, Producer remits advance payment of flat fee to Vajra Ma by postal
money orders or paypal.
Additional funds due to Vajra Ma are paid
by the date of workshop/event/class.
Other requirements:
Minimum number of students (usually 8)
and maximum (usually 17).
In case of insufficient registration, workshop
will be cancelled at a pre-determined deadline.
Travel expenses are included into the registrants’
fees.
FOR SERIES

The Producer provides the locality/venue and
commits a sufficient number of paying participants (min 8/max 17) to a
minimum of four classes (exceptions possible) to provide a total of $ 320.-per
class, payable in advance (as above). This is based on a 3-hour class each
week and a total of one hour travel time.

For additional travel time $ 50/hour.
FOR "INTENSIVES" (including serpent
work)

The Producer provides the locality/venue and
commits a sufficient number of paying participants (min 8/max 17) to provide
a total of $ 650.- for the day, payable in advance, as recompense for 6
hours teaching and a total of one hour travel time.

For additional travel time $ 50/hour.
FOR "COUPLES' WORKSHOPS" (including
serpent work)

The Producer provides the locality/venue and
commits a sufficient number of paying participants (min 5/max 12)
to provide a total of $ 950.- for the day, payable in advance, as recompense
for 6 hours teaching (two people) and a total of one hour travel time.

For additional travel time $ 75/hour (two
people)
PRODUCER BENEFIT
Producer may add to
Vajra Ma's fee and For any person (couple) over the above stated minimum,
we will share the proceeds 50/50 with the Producer.
